Every Velzan item is printed just for you after you order — nothing sits pre-made on a shelf. That keeps our prices fair and cuts down on waste, but it does shape how returns work. Here's exactly where you stand.

This item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there is any issue with the product received, we can either issue a refund or send a replacement free of cost.
Branded invoicing is not available for this product.
Change your mind or ordered the wrong size?
Because production starts shortly after you order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or an incorrectly chosen size or color. We know that's not what every store says, so we've made sure the size chart on every product page is detailed and accurate — please check it before ordering. If you're ever unsure which size to pick, email us at support@velzan.shop before you buy and we'll help you choose.
Changed your order right after placing it?
If you need to fix an address, size, or item, contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@velzan.shop. If production hasn't started yet, we'll happily update or cancel it for you.
Our quality guarantee
This part isn't negotiable: if we made a mistake, we fix it. Within 30 days of delivery, you're covered for a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The print is misaligned, cracked, or clearly not as pictured
- You received the wrong item or size
Just email support@velzan.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — no return shipping required in most cases.

You may have additional statutory cancellation rights under local consumer law. If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@velzan.shop — the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can stop production and issue a full refund.
